Leukocoria (also white pupillary reflex) is an abnormal white reflection from the retina of the eye. Corneal neovascularization (new blood vessels growing onto the cornea) is most commonly caused by contact lenses. Eat a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetables, fruits, and cold water fish such as tuna, salmon, mackerel, and sardines. Take a daily multivitamin with 2 mg lutein. Take 6-10 mg lutein if you have macular degeneration or are at risk. Take 200-500 mg of dha for vision support as well.

There is no specific treatment for retinitis pigmentosa as this is a genetically linked disease and can have expression at various levels. If retinal is dead as you meaning totally functionless ther is no way to treat it.
. There is no way to reverse or to treat retinal degeneration, or the total loss of vision that inevitably accompanies it. Progressive retinal atrophy will eventually result in blindness ..
