Hello dear, pain after filling can be due to few reasons, 1. High point, 2. Deep caries which was actually indicated for rct 3. Any gap in filling leading to microleakage. Treatment and its cost will depend based on the clinical and x-ray findings.

It is difficult for us to tell what it is, that blue color might be metal showing through your crown. I would suggest you to visit your dentist and confirm. If it is metal it doesn't harm.

You should meet an orthodontist who will guide your teeth out of your bone and give a natural smile. Braces are best option which will help orthodontist to guide the tooth but is it feasible or not will be decided with the help of x ray scan reports.

You have 2 choices.
1. Go fo removal of this tooth when you have time to take some rest
or 2. When pain occurs in the tooth.
Decide accordingly.

Upper crowns are always placed according to the height of lower central insisors. It can be done only by trimming lower central insisors. Otherwise occlusion will be impaired. Kindly visit nearest dentist. Cost depends on material. Usually 2000-3000 (for metal ceramic crowns)

implant has its own pros and cons and bridge had its own ..implant is a single tooth replacement and in a bridge two teeth are reduced to gain support from neighbouring teeth. .. implant is a surgery .. and bridge is .. not a surgery .. we have to check for the bone support before placing an implant . ..implants are bit more expensive then bridges ..
