you may need to get teeth extracted first .. and then .. wait for healing like two months and only after that .. get the dentures made or if implants .. then u have an option of overdenture or just place ng implants in whole mouth and giving fixures ..

. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or root canal treatment. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better.

If the kissing is so passionate that there is banging of the teeth involved between the two people than it can loosen up a badly retained front veneer . If the crown comes off from kissing then it would have come off at a later time when you were eating or biting into an apple. let's discuss it further for a detailed consultation.
