vulvodynia is chronic pain in the vulva, the area on the outside of a woman's genitals. It is usually described as a sensation of burning, stinging, itching or rawness. Vulvodynia is defined as pain that lasts more than three months and doesn't have a clear identifiable cause, such as an infection or a skin disorder.

Firstly I would suggest following the 20-20-20 rule
"take a break every 20 min - look at an object 20 feet away - for 20 sec"
if you wear spectacles, use the ones with blue light filter.
Finally, use eyedrops with carboxymethyl cellulose 0.5% with soc (preservative free ). One drop in both eyes 4-6 times a day.
I suggest you undergo dry eye evaluation if symptoms persist.
(you can opt for a private consultation for a prescription).
