Age? Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if you not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light

Dear lybrate-user, relax and calm down, you should not have given up pregaba in the first place as it was meant to treat your neuro-muscular pain and it takes time for it to do so. Lonazep on the other hand is a more sedating drug so if you make a habit of taking lonazep you will find much more difficult in leaving it plus it would have no effect on your neuro-muscular pain. Please therefore consult a general physician as early as possible.
