As of now Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

You are suffering from allergic rhinitis. Its a common problem now a days.
Do saline gargles daily.
Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

Hi it seems like you may have chronic fungal sinusitis which may be causing this kind of bad smell. It may also be due to some neurological issue which is changing your perception of smell - called parosmia. I would suggest that you have your nasal cavity looked at by an ent and if everything is normal then visit a neurologist to rule out any other problem.
