Hello,
would suggest to keep salbair I as an sos inhaler when you feel uncomfortable.
And take the budamate 400 (can reduce to 200 2.puffs twice a day followed by mouth care) everyday.
Inhaled corticosteroids plus long acting formetrol is said to be better as controller therapy.
You can take the vaccine.
Bronchisits is not a.contraindication.
But wait for half and hour so as to watch for any allergic reaction.
Take your inhalers with you.

Hi may I know the symptoms of pneumonia plz? I have seen a news by a doc that excessive steam will cause pneumonia. I have taken excessive very very hot steam daily thrice for almost 45 days with the gas on. Since then I am having itchy throat nose pain upper chest upper back neck pain and shortness of breath .in winter severe chills. It's been since aug .done all sorts of tests cbp crp serum creatinine serum uric acid thyroid vit b12 vit d3 nt pro bnp calcium eeg all are normal .used azee doxcyp bilagra salt gargle betadine medrol pregabalin mk flutron but no change in symptoms. If I am resting on bed no pain once I get up from bed severe upper back pain unable sit or do work .too much shortness of breath throat itching nose pain .no covid. please help what can I do .in aug after 10 days of steam inhalation I have done hrct chest to rule out covid but no covid but it it showed corads 2 infective etiology and bilateral minimal pleural effusions. please help me I have visited many doctors no use.

Unhe zyada strain na karayein.
Khana halka de jisme protein ki maatra bhi ho.
Ek kadha likh raha hoon ise din mein 3 baar halka halka garam de kareeb 1/2 cup
3 kali mirch, 1 inch dalchini, 1 inch adrakh, 3-4 patte tulsi ke aur gur swadanusar. Isko 1.5 cup pani me 10 min tak ubale aur peene ko de.
Dahi, kela, arbi ya high starchy food na dein.

for pneumonia, pl do not panic. Just follow antibiotic therapy, oxygen therapy, watch out for over hydration, take diabetes medicine regularly. If he is at home, pl see to it that the o2 level should not fall. Check the saturation and maintain at 95% saturation. If it falls below, rush to the nearest hospital if you get a chance.
