I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Your bronchial walls can slowly get thicker because of inflammation and infections. Both of these things keep mucus from draining the way it should. That extra mucus can trap bacteria, causing more infections, scarring, and thickening. Over time, your lungs have to work harder to breathe.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

pulmonary fibrosis is a lung disease that occurs when lung tissue becomes damaged and scarred. This thickened, stiff tissue makes it more difficult for your lungs to work properly. As pulmonary fibrosis worsens, you become progressively more short of breath.

May indicates some damage. However your cardiologist will tell you exactly, may be after doing further investigation. High levels of serum lactate dehydrogenase correlate with the severity and mortality of idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Hello,
would suggest to keep salbair I as an sos inhaler when you feel uncomfortable.
And take the budamate 400 (can reduce to 200 2.puffs twice a day followed by mouth care) everyday.
Inhaled corticosteroids plus long acting formetrol is said to be better as controller therapy.
You can take the vaccine.
Bronchisits is not a.contraindication.
But wait for half and hour so as to watch for any allergic reaction.
Take your inhalers with you.
Hope this was helpful.

The prognosis varies depending on a person's age, health, lifestyle and the stage of the disease at the time of diagnosis, but it can be fatal to some. There are four stages of pulmonary fibrosis; mild, moderate, severe and very severe.
