Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Madam, when one is on adequate dosage of levothyroxine then tsh is maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l, t3 & t4 are in normal range. That is considered as controlled hypothyroidism. Another aspect is please do not keep changing the dosage rapidly. It take about 6 weeks to see appropriate change in tsh levels. To calculate accurate dosage we need to look at weight, height, t4 & tsh levels plus symptoms if any. So if you have any questions ...more

Hello sir,
I can understand your concern. Propranolol may decrease the motility of the sperms. However, I would advice you to not stop it abruptly as there can be some withdrawl symptoms. So firstly you and your wife can visit a fertility clinic or doctor, get the tests and medical advice and then depending on what exactly is the underlying cause, you can plan for next.
Hope this helps, best wishes!

You may do a bp chart at home like 2 or 3 recordings of bp in a week. Either you can measure your bp through electronic bp apparatus from home or record from nearby clinic. If it is stress related hypertension most of your home bp recording will be normal. In that case you don't need medication.
