Sorry to know about your mother suffering. From what I guess unable to swallow is troubling her more .For that there are options of either to insert Endoscopy guided Ryles tube (food pipe) or Esophageal Stent. If the above not possible then there is another option of doing a small surgery to insert a tube directly into the Jejunum that known as Feeding Jejunostomy. Please discuss all the options with your Oncologist for better guidance.

Esophagectomy is a procedure of removing a part of the esophagus and reconstructing the same using another organ of the body. The oesophagus is the tube that connects the stomach and the mouth. This procedure is often performed in an advanced stage of esophageal cancer and Barrett s esophagus. This procedure removes the cancer cells from the esophagus and gives relief from the symptoms. The organs from where the reconstructing tissues are taken are generally large intestine and stomach.

You can go ahead with surgery in a centre where there is cardiac backup like Medanta, Fortis or Apollo. Still it will be a high risk surgery.

Gall bladder cancer usually spreads to the liver by contiguous spread, which is curable although advanced (hence percent cured is less)
However if it has metastasised to the liver, then cure is unlikely and treatment is palliative.
I would be able to opine better if you could share the images. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.

You must be hypertensive as this is one of the most common cause of LVH. If the thickness is not very high and you don't have a high diastolic dysfunction you don't have to worry.
In case if you are hypertensive then ace inhibitors or arb are the best suited medicine for you (if KFT and electrolytes are normal).
