Once you are proven to have Coronary Artery Disease and have undergone stenting then you need these medications lifelong. You are only on a small dose of statin and I would suggest you continue that. You are on two blood thinners currently which could be cut down to a single agent. Please get a review from Cardiologist.

If it is stent infection then understand that stent infection donot usually resolve with oral antibiotics, they require prolong i.v antibiotics and even then in most cases require surgery, but her at her age surgery can be risky so you have been suggested medicines, if however she worsens then you should contemplate getting her re-evaluated and also surgery at an experienced cardiac surgery center
