The corns have to be scrapped or excised depending how deep and large it is, by an expert. However to prevent recurrence, you always must use soft, pressure distributing insole in foot wear. Never use hard insoled foot wear or walk barefoot.

Conservative management of corns is by 25% acetyl salisylic acid, which is incorporated in 'corn caps' If this does not help, a surgical removal of the corn is a definitive treatment.

a corn can treated medically if you use 40 % salicylic acid ointment over it for months, or use corn cap, surgery can be done and remove them.

1Use pumice stone to rub off dead skin after a bath/or applying moisturising cream
2.Apply corn cap for few days and then try to rub off the corn gently with pumice stone
3. If no relief it has to be removed by chemical cauterization. Consult skin specialist
4. Wear properly fitted shoes and cotton socks instead of synthetic which may irritate skin.
