Dear Lybrate-user
its totally normal if you are thinking about sex, at this age all hormones are on their peak levels. The urge to masturbate varies from individual to individual. Therefore you may masturbate to the extent of your satisfaction levels. However, if excess masturbation is coming in your way of daily routine, then you need to divert your attention to other activities. You may like to go for counselling which can help you overcome this habit. Please share your contact details so ...more

This is the result of a conditioned reflex of the pubococcygeus (PC) muscle, causing muscles in the vagina to tense suddenly and making any kind of vaginal penetration either painful or impossible.

lybrate-user, dysmenorrhoea is common now a days. But at your age if it continues need to investigate other problems. A black coloration of skin may be due to metabolic disturbances. You need to check blood sugar level. And you can consult with gynaecologist or dermatologist. All the best.

You should both go for marriage counseling soon. This kind of abuse is not something you can live with for the rest of your life. You could talk to someone else in his family who is an elder or important family member to intervene. If it continues, you may think of returning to your family until some assurances are given and kept. I am sure there is a woman's help group too in your city and they can come to your assistance too.
