Hello. Red eye in children has n number of causes. It can be assessed by its colour, location, extent etc. Without having a look at it, any diagnosis can not be arrived at. The treatment plan will depend on it, after ruling out infection first of all. A picture of the eyes will be a great help. You can contact me anytime for the same. Hello. Since even with continued use of the eye drops prescribed to you, the eyes are still red, I advise you to consult the doctor again for detailed examination. But due to covid times it might be difficult so you can avail tele-consultation. As on now without a picture of her eyes, nothing can be commented upon. Her treatment might need some change.
