Hello. It is good to know that your sister has recovered well from covid. Steroids are not to be stopped abruptly, it always has to be tapered by decreasing the doses first before stopping it completely. It is unlikely that just with 10 days of low dose steroid she will develop mucormycosis. But an ophthalmologist definitely needs to take a look at the eye first before saying that for sure. keratitis
glaucoma, to name a few.

The red streak you are having are dilated blood vessels of conjunctiva (white appearing part of the eye). The diagnosis will depend on its location, size and their pattern.
