What is the size of abdominal scar. What is the size of hernial protrusion, reducible or not, etc are things which will decide the needful action. Small hernia with small swelling, reducible with slight pressure can be controlled by pressure belts around abdomen. Answer is thr in your question it self. Avoid spicy food and constipation. Use stool softner, drink lots of water. Treat the fissure early or it will be very difficult to manage later on.

You should consult a surgeon before the prolapse becomes irreducible and causes further complications. If you are sure its rectal prolapse than it might require surgical management most probably.
In the mean while, consume high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits. Drink atleast three liters of water a day. Increase your physical activity.

first be sure is rectum coming out during stool. if the answer is yes than take aloes soctriona 200 in gloubles 4-6pills thrice daily for 7 days and consult after taking medicine.
