The rectal bleeding is a different problem altogether. The cause could be piles or fissure. Some lifestyle changes would also be required. As for periods, it will come on time but a repeat usg is important to assess the present status.

You may be having fissure so you need to be examined by a general surgeon and proctoscopy to be done to find out what exactly it is, for fissure keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and high fibre diet even you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs, use ointment lox anally before defecation and ointment nitrogesic anally qid for 6 months.

Proctoscopy for seeing present status of rectal ulcer.
Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only.
No smoking, no alcohol if any.
Avoid outside spicy and fried food.
Walk about 3-5 kms daily.
There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep.
Small and frequent meals is of help
chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner.
Keep your blood sugar controlled.
Raise your bed about 4" from headend side.
Get your gastroendoscopy done.

Congratulations for quitting alcohol. Please maintain it for few more months. Plan to control craving in tempting situations now itself.
Bright red and maroon colour blood in stools may be due to constipation. Take lots of fiber and water. Still if you pass blood, consult a surgeon.
Lumps in armpit may be lymph nodes that are infected. Find out the infection and treat with appropriate antibiotic. Any doctor can do it.
