You may be suffering from bleeding piles. You must consult a surgeon in person to get yourself examined. Meanwhile, take high fibre diet, plenty of liquids and fruits. Avoid straining at stool. Incorporate some ready made fibre like isafgole 3tsf with a glass of water in your diet daily. Thanks.

Mr. lybrate-user.
You should consult a surgeon before the prolapse becomes irreducible and causes further complications. If you are sure its rectal prolapse than it might require surgical management most probably.
In the mean while, consume high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits. Drink atleast three liters of water a day. Increase your physical activity.
