thanks for expecting Health n fittness with Ayurved, got ur pain, its unfortunate but ur Stomach upset n winter may be culprit, till u consult AYURVEDIC Ksharsutra expert or surgeon have warm Buttermilk by adding thyme, cumin seeds and apply camper mixed in coconut oil before n after seating in warm water twice a day, for 3days

You may be having fissure in ano so consult a general surgeon and proctoscopy to be done to find out what exactly it is, use ointment lox anally before defecation and take plenty of fluids orally and High fibre diet to keep stool soft, proper treatment follows according to examination report.

Dear lybrate-user if you have bleeding with pain then you may have fissure or piles. If something is coming out during stool passing, it is probably Piles. If nothing is coming out and you have the pain during or after defecation then problem may be fissure. You must come for proper examination .For a while you may try

Sorry to know about your wife. Some bleeding usually occurs in cases of Rectal cancer, however if it's more please discuss with your Oncologist for better guidance.

Bleeding and/or tissue that protrudes from the rectum are common symptoms of both, but there is a major difference. Rectal prolapse involves an entire segment of the bowel located higher up within the body. Hemorrhoids only involve the inner layer of the bowel near the anal opening.

1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 2. Increase the fibre in your diet
3. Increase your fluid intake 4. Avoiding straining and constipation which is the most useful thing patients can do to prevent the problem coming back. 5. Maintain active life style

Altered bowel habits, bleeding per rectum are usual presenting symptoms. Must get stool checked for occult blood and digital as well as colonoscopic examination and biopsy from suspicious area.
