Drink more water. Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber. .Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplements. To relieve constipation. Opt for fresh fruits with pulp. You can also take 1 tsp phsyllum husk with half glass water at bed time. Rectal bleeding can be because of small tear around the anus while passing hard stool, hemmorrhoids, anal fissures and others. You can consult a general surgeon to rule out the same.
