Hello,
Receding gums could be because of deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. Visit a dentist get your scaling and polishing done. Brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal. Visit your dentist every 6 months.

Unless I see I cannot correctly say the treatment for your problem. From your query I understand that your problem needs a gum specialist attention
which I can give you if you come here. If you can sent an opg of your jaws I can say what it is. Also you may need him surgery to correct
this problem.

Most urgent treatment for your teeth is complete scaling (cleaning). Then the dentist will check which all teeth can be saved. Mobile teeth might have to be removed according to their condition. Doctor will also prescribe some mouthwash or gumpaint. Your pyorrhea progression is due to diabetes and should be controlled. So get regular checkups for diabetes from your gp or endocrinologist for better outcome of dental treatment.
