Remember that pregnancy is not a disease but a biological process and mother nature takes care of mother to be or sends warning signals. 2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs
4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food.
6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad

-Do not start drinking alcohol if you don't as it is not mandatory that alcohol will only benefit & not harm an individual, also its habit forming & intake can increase over a period, it only adds empty calories thereby increasing weight

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm take following remedies 1. Triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach.
