Banana is got tag as bad food and absolutely no no for diabetes but now concept is changing. It is not contraindicated in diabetes can be taken occasionally.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.
