The fasting level mentioned (90 to 110 mg) is fairly normal, because usual normal level is 70 to 100 mg/100 ml. Level between 101 to 125 mg is considered as pre-diabetic (impaired fasting glucose). PP 141 to 199 mg is also considered as pre-diabetic. Plus HbA1c% above 5.7 is also prediabetic. (1) green leafy vegetables including spinach, sprouts, cabbage, beetroot.
(2) fruits-blue-berries, black-berries, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi fruit, grapes, pineapple, pomegranate, grapes, guava.
(3) dry-fruits: almonds, walnuts, apricots, dates. (4) cereals: oats, barley, millets.
(5) drink a cup of green tea daily.

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite....
Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day..
Drink plenty of fluids..
