For your age it's borderline high. Don't worry. Just avoid salt and salty oily fried foods. Take plenty of water. Eat good amount of fruits, green leafy vegetables and salads. Do brisk walk daily for 45 mins.

Stop the tablates that you are taking.After 7 days of stopping medicines start with the following medicines
Take Tab Phytolacca berry(Dr Wilmar Shawbe.German)
2tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth
Eat Oats daily as it contains high fiber and helps in reducing fats effectively.
Avoid bakery products and too much of fermented food

Build up your general health. Get cbc blood test along with blood sugar and get bp checked. Eat right and work right. U have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning
2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs
