Please do not do any expensive tests, like RNA or DNA. At 90 days you can do ELISA test, better would be forth generation. No need of antigen test. Also do HBsAg and VDRL tests. If still confused please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly.

Positive IgM and IgG tests for dengue antibodies detected in an initial blood sample mean that it is likely that the person became infected with dengue virus within recent weeks. IgM antibody tests can be positive if a person has been infected with a similar virus, such as chikungunya (called cross-reaction)

Dear user. Thanks for the question. I can understand. HIV spread through Contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes and HIV-infected blood or blood-contaminated body fluids. Deep, open-mouth kissing if both partners have sores or bleeding gums and blood from the HIV-positive partner gets into the bloodstream of the HIV-negative partner. HIV is not spread through saliva. Take care.

Pl do HIV, HBsAg and VDRL tests after 90 days of exposure. If you are scared of HIV you should be equally worried about other STDs. Please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and explain you what is to be done.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
All tests have a window period, which varies from test to test. It also depends on the specimen that is being tested: window periods are usually reported based on a sample of blood plasma, but are longer when the specimen tested is fingerprick blood or oral fluid.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

It is good that you underwent a p24 hiv antigen test. It should be done from 11 days to 1 month of having sexual intercourse. Your test is negative so you don’t have to worry. You have already used protection so risk was already low. So just relax.

If no fresh risk, result is perfect. No more HIV test required. But do HBsAg and VDRL tests. Then revert with private Consult.
