Prolonged working on laptop/TV/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include

d redness in the eyes

Radiation penetrates the tissues including those of brain n eyes and may cause genetics defects if the levels are beyond scientifically approved limits.
Way to protect is nidaanparivarjan i. E. Avoid the cause. By seeking radiation free atmosphere. However permissible limits are not harmful.

1. Computer use has no connection with your eye sight or glass number. Computer use can cause dryness which can cause heaviness. Redness. Headache etc.
It cannot decrease your vision
so relax.

I will suggest you to Check your eye sight for refractive error and if necessary we can wear zero number glasses.

You do not need to wear any glasses to work on system. Reduce the brightness of the monitor. However if you have any power, you need to wear them. If you are above 42 years age, please get the intermediate distance glasses made and use them. Distance and near powers will not work for system after this age. Single vision intermediate lenses are better than Progressives for system use..

Restrict mobile & laptop usage to minimum. Keep it far from your body esp at night & during charging. Use landline phone, or bluetooth.

Have you been operated for the breast cancer or on neoadjuvant chemotherapy for the same. If not, please show to a Breast Surgeon or a Surgical oncologist. They will examine you and ask for a mammogram and ultrasound with core biopsy. The core Biopsy gives the type of cancer, the grade of cancer and the IHC i.e. ER/ PR/Her 2 status.
