Detailed assessment is needed. Like the reason behind smoking, number of cigarettes and comorbid medical condition. Next you should be assessed for withdrawal from smoking and for reducing further craving. Thre are medications to reduce nicotine craving too. You need to visit dentist and get teeth checked for any cavities. Smoking does have adverse effects on your oral health. Try and quit smoking as well.
