Kisi bhi aadat ko stop karna toh hamare khud ke haath mein hota hai, agar aap na chahate hue bhi smoke kar lete hain toh kahin na kahin aap is aadat ko seriously drop karna nahin chahte. Agar aap smoking seriously drop karna chahte hain toh aap yeh try kijiye ke small goals set kar len, decide ki aap aane vale 1 week smoke nahin karenge, once you have achieved that, decide for the next one week, aise small goals se agar aap serious hain toh aapki aadat choot jaayegi. All the best!

Detailed assessment is needed. Like the reason behind smoking, number of cigarettes and comorbid medical condition. Next you should be assessed for withdrawal from smoking and for reducing further craving. There are medications to reduce nicotine craving too. If you consult a psychiatrist they will be able to help you. All the best.

You can chew Nicorette gum which is nicotine replacement. There are medicines available. Which can be prescribed if asked personally C...more
