Dear , quitting smoking is very easy if you have will power. Just stop it and be stubborn never to touch it. Nicotine chewing gum is available in medical stores. You can use them as an alternative to reduce craving. Slowly you can reduce them too. Take care.

It is great to quit smoking which is a harmful to body. If you cannot suddenly stop, then gradually reduce smoking but make it a point to quit fully in a specified time duration.
