its good to know that you want to quit smoking the best thing you can do is help your own self.
Just do it now do not wait for a particular date no resolution make up your mind and go for it.
Drink plenty of water do brisk walking indulge urself in the things which you like eg hobbies talk to someone on daily basis share with that person whenenver you get the urge to smoke keep an ealichi or clove in your pocket.

It is great to quit smoking which is a harmful to body. If you cannot suddenly stop, then gradually reduce smoking but make it a point to quit fully in a specified time duration. Smoking habit is not difficult to quit if you really decide to.
When you smoke, initial 2 -3puffz are required ones and then you csn throw it away. So this way you can half the total number of cigarettes per day. You csn abruptly stop it but with a consultation of a doctor.
