Hello. Ptosis has a number of different causes- the myogenic (due to muscle problem) and neurogenic (due to nerves) are more suited to your case. Given your age, it is absolutely necessary to get an urgent consultation and a detailed examination to rule out a more serious systemic involvement first. Examination of both the eyes is of prime importance in arriving at a preliminary diagnosis first and then to get some very important tests done asap. Hello. Getting headache and eye pain despite having glasses can be a tricky thing. The exact diagnosis can not be ascertained without ruling out other symptoms you might not be able to notice on your own. Getting an eye drop or medicines without knowing the actual problem won’t help you much in the long run. Also, one will need to get a primary examination of your eyes and it’s movements, so you can contact me anytime for the same. Further, if it’s normal, a doctor can suggest you some bas...more

Hello. Get your glasses checked by a professional (visit a good eye clinic for the same). Wrong prescription of glasses is the most common cause for the symptoms you have, especially if the cylinder axis is wrong.
If the power prescription is correct, you must visit an ophthalmologist and get a baseline work up done to rule out glaucoma, as if not diagnosed early it causes irreversible vision damage to the eyes. Hope this helps.
