*Hi, take arsenic alb. 30, 5 drops thrice a day.Alpha cf 2 tabs, thrice a day.Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily.
B. c. no. 06, 4 tabs every 4 hourly.Take rest properly.

You take homoeo medicine belladonna 30 (6 to 8 pills) --3 times (hourly) in the morning and arsenicum iode 30---3 times (hourly) in the evening for 4 days. Take complete rest and have easily digestible light food. Drink plenty of water as this will eliminate toxins.

Please take belladonna - 200 / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for one week.

You can take rab paracetamol500 mg three times a day for fever but its better ti get investigated fir fever from a physician so that its cause can be identified and treated permanently.

The underlying cause of fever is matter concern and it needs to be managed it may be due to infection

Fever refers to increase in body temperature and happens due to infection by bacteria or virus and in Hindi fever is Bukhar / Fever medicine like Calpol is used to cure and antibiotics if infected
