Fever with bodyache with joint pain are typical symptom of viral infection and we need to Eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest

Please do blood test for cbc/malaria/dengue/typhoid.
If there is chest congestion a x-ray of chest needs to be done
based on the reports treatment would be suggested.
For now take rhus tox 200 - twice daily for next 3 days.
Continue treatment.

u please take lots of water,if u don't like to plain water take juices,take small frequent meals,,cut fruits...n try to take slightly bland food nly but every two hrs once,take rest,,u must have dehydrated urself too much so ur feeling this...Take care..

1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food
2.Drink plenty of water
3.Take rest
4.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen and Dengue antigen(NS1) test after consulting doctor

Paracetamol is not the right medicine tomcure fever.. it just gives 3-5 hours effects ..
Consult and take proper treatment.. it can be malaria or influenza or flu...

Headache.
Chills.
Fatigue.
