There are many causes of increased prolactin level but it is mandatory to get contrast mri of pituitary gland done once prolactin is more than 100 to rule out pituitary microadenoma or pituitary macroadenoma.
At the same time other causes of increased prolactin (medications, thyroid dysfunction, liver dysfunction) need to be ruled out. Treatment with cabergolin need to be started.

Hello lybrate-user.
The lipoma is not dangerous.
But the location of it is troublesome.
After it increases in size substantially it can cause pain in the area.

Chronic Cough lasting more than a month not associated with any other physical complaint is most likely an allergic Cough. Most common allergens are dust, cold air, dry air, animal fur, bird droppings, moulds etc.

If u have Weight loss, Fever , Blood in Cough, Sweating etc...it is suggestive of Infection....most likely TB.

Act wisely.
