The most common cause of watering eyes among adults and older children is blocked ducts or ducts that are too narrow. Narrowed tear ducts usually develop as a result of swelling or inflammation. If the tear ducts are narrowed or blocked, tears will not drain away and will build up in the tear sac.

About 80% to 90% of retina procedures are successful, but you might need to have more than one. It may take several months for your vision to return. Some people don't get all of their vision back, especially in more severe cases. A detached retina won't heal on its own.

The swelling usually subsides by itself, but a scar may form that affects your vision. Advanced keratoconus also may cause your cornea to become scarred, particularly where the cone is most prominent. A scarred cornea causes worsening vision problems and may require cornea transplant surgery.

Having gone for laser correction helps restore vision for the time being but due not kill the process due to which the disease has occurred and thus in large number of cases it reoccur. Even though this reduces your chances at medicinal recovery each time you go for that process there still stand a fair chance.
Good luck
