Mild degree of edema can be due to anaemia. Anaemia management is done based on the Hb or RBC value. General suggestion are here: 1) Take thick curd half bowl everyday
2) Eat 6-8 dates per day
3) Eat more of green leafy veg
4) Eat Indian raisin 8-12 everyday
5) Keep cooked boiled brown rice (organic) in water overnight (in room temperature not in refrigerator) and have in the morning mixed with butter milk n salt 6) you can have 30 ml of homoeopathic iron tonic for three months.
