Optic nerve damage treatment
for people diagnose with glaucoma, treatment may involve use of eye drops, oral medications or getting eye surgeries like laser therapy or drainage tubes.
For people suffering from optic nerve drusen, may benefit from medication that lowers intraocular pressure.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Firstly I would suggest following the 20-20-20 rule
"take a break every 20 min - look at an object 20 feet away - for 20 sec"
if you wear spectacles, use the ones with blue light filter.
Finally, use eyedrops with carboxymethyl cellulose 0.5% with soc (preservative free ). One drop in both eyes 4-6 times a day.
I suggest you undergo dry eye evaluation if symptoms persist.
(you can opt for a private consultation for a prescription).
