Best is to increase quality and variety of diet through almonds, cashews, paneer, curds, eggs, fruits, dals etc. Avoid giving artificial things unless recommended by doctor. You may give Vitamin drops for a month and also get deworming done every six months.

Avoid sitting Cross legged.
Avoid Squatting-
Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Dear Lybrate user, you should consult your general physician for this problem. There are many immunity boosting tonics and capsules available in the market. Himalaya is one company that manufactures lots of these but you should consume these under the supervision and on the advice of your physician only. Tr consuming natural immunity strengtheners like tulsi leaves, ginger, garlic, citrus leaves, almonds etc. Incorporate these in your diet.
