Discuss your symptoms with your treating psychiatrist and get the medications revised if they do not help even after taking for a month or so. I do not know your condition for which you are taking. Amisulpride causes weight gain too.
I suggest you ask your psychiatrist for ssri as most atypical antipsychotic like amisulpride causes constipation.
You do not have to worry if there are other symptoms. Simply change of medication will reverse the symptoms.
