I have a suicide tendency always. I always thinks to suicide when a problem comes. Did it to be taken serious and treated?

Yes, you must seek professional help at once. Perhaps you can take your parents with you to meet with a counselor. Suicied is finally enacted under an impulse and a beautiful life can be snuffed out just like that by an impulse. Even if you want to stop the attempt it might become too late. Therefore take the necessary precautions now. There is a lot to look forward to with the right help. Nothing in life is so serious that it can drive you to kill yourself but you can if you do not reach out. You are probably angry about something that needs serious discussion. Once the anger is out of the way, life will look and feel really different. Right now you are obsessing about it. If you continue it for long it will one day feed into an impulse and you will feel compelled to act on it. That time it will be rather difficult to reach you itself. You must also pray and have faith in god. Never ever withdraw from people right through all this. Keep yourself occupied and mix around with people who are your friends.

If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. And if these are not useful you need antidepressants 1. Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2. Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat.. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3. Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5. Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. Dear lybrate-user, 16 is a very beautiful age when you grow up, out of a "child" phase into a "young man" phase. There are hormone changes that confuse and can lead to depression if not understood. Follow a healthy diet and get a lot of physical exercise. Sweating helps reduce the burden of growing up hormone imbalances and you will start to fell better in a day or two. Regards.

Talk with someone every day, preferably face to face. Though you feel like withdrawing, ask trusted friends and acquaintances to spend time with you. Or continue to call a crisis helpline and talk about your feelings. Make a safety plan. Develop a set of steps that you can follow during a suicidal crisis. It should include contact numbers for your doctor or therapist, as well as friends and family members who will help in an emergency. Make a written schedule for yourself every day and stick to it, no matter what. Keep a regular routine as much as possible, even when your feelings seem out of control. Get out in the sun or into nature for at least 30 minutes a day. Exercise as vigorously as is safe for you. To get the most benefit, aim for 30 minutes of exercise per day. But you can start small. Three 10-minute bursts of activity can have a positive effect on mood. Make time for things that bring you joy. Even if very few things bring you pleasure at the moment, force yourself to do the things you used to enjoy. Remember your personal goals. You may have always wanted to travel to a particular place, read a specific book, own a pet, move to another place, learn a new hobby, volunteer, go back to school, or start a family. Write your personal goals down.

Failure is also an achievement. Try to understand your level by result. Muhammad gajanawi falied 17 times. Shri ram failed several times. Gandhiji failed to make india free in 1930. All fail in life. They try and get success. Get movivated to learn systematically. Tolerate. Work and live detached from its result as result depends on result givers too. If their mood is bad they give 0/100. Then why do you feel failure. It is failure of result -givers. Think positive about self and ability.
