Hello Lybrate user, you have to do regular facial exercise and take physiotherapy treatment. Do exercise many times in a day.
U have to avoid that habit because our body is natural and if any injury occurs than no any option to completely recover as normal. Mostly person do this but don't take tension, it's a hormonal change. So you can avoid .good luck. Be confident.
