Piles and fissure both are fully treatable. Try to avoid all the maida, oily, fried and spicy food in your diet. Include lot of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid non veg in your food and try you don’t have constipation.
Ayurveda has very good treatment for piles and fissure along with lifestyle management but for treatment we need a detailed history so it would be best if you come for online consultation.

Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease where your immune system malfunctions. Homeopathic medicines offer personalized constitutional treatment for autoimmune diseases like psoriasis. Avoid scratching the affected area as it will aggravate you complaints. Do not use harsh soaps for your skin. Meditation and yoga must be a part of daily life as both will help in stress management. Contact home of homeo for further queries.

I am 17 y/o and I developed genital psoriasis in the butt area where I had ringworms when I was 13 and after they got treated it was good for only 2 years after which I developed psoriasis. When it was the beginning of the disease I couldn't differentiate it from ringworm. So I began treating it as ringworm and began taking ringworm medications after noticing no improvement after years. I understood that its a different disease and later on I identified it as psoriasis. Currently I have been able to control the flare ups by applying moisturizer after bathing and applying coconut oil in the night but after half a year. I have a medical test for a military exam and I need it to be healed. I know that it may seem silly because there has been no permanent treatment found till date but I need guidance of medicine and diet that I should follow to treat it even if the slightest chances exist. Thank you for listening to me.
