You can do the following to ease the symptoms of psoriasis
1. Prevent dry skin
use a humidifier to keep the air in your home or office moist. This can help prevent dry skin before it starts.
Sensitive skin moisturizers are also great at keeping your skin supple and preventing plaques from forming.
2. Avoid fragrances
most soaps and perfumes have dyes and other chemicals in them that may irritate your skin. They can make you smell great, but they also can inflame psoriasis.more

Dear Mr. lybrate-user
there is no major relationship between eating dates and psoriasis. Psoriasis is hyper production of skin cells leading to scaling and flaking and is usually flared up during stress period.
I have developed some fantastic formula for treating this condition and you can have a telecon with me regarding the same.

Psoriasis cannot be cured, but it can be managed very well with medications. Occasional use of propysalic will not help you. You need a proper course of treatment with a dermatologist, and you need to follow up with them as well. Please do direct online consultation with photos if you need to.
