There is no particular diet really to cure ringworm. Just eat healthy as you would for any other health condition. You need to treat with proper medication and maintain hygiene including proper hygiene for clothes and other items used by you. Ring worm unfortunately can live in the body for a very long time, so recurrences are common.

Aqua soft moisturiser is a good moisturiser in itself and cetaphil facewash is also a gentle moisturiser. For how long have you been using both theses products because it will definitely take time before your skin will show any good results as your skin has been damaged by clobetasol application. Still if you want to change you can for bio derma moisturiser.

U can do the following to ease the symptoms of psoriasis
1. Prevent dry skin
use a humidifier to keep the air in your home or office moist. This can help prevent dry skin before it starts.
Sensitive skin moisturizers are also great at keeping your skin supple and preventing plaques from forming.
2. Avoid fragrances
most soaps and perfumes have dyes and other chemicals in them that may irritate your skin. They can make you smell great, but they also can inflame psoriasis.
