U can do the following to ease the symptoms of psoriasis
1. Prevent dry skin
Use a humidifier to keep the air in your home or office moist. This can help prevent dry skin before it starts.
Sensitive skin moisturizers are also great at keeping your skin supple and preventing plaques from forming.
2. Avoid fragrances
Most soaps and perfumes have dyes and other chemicals in them that may irritate your skin. They can make you smell great, but they also can inflame psoriasis.
3.  Eat healthfully Diet may play a role in managing psoriasis.
Eliminating red meat and fatty snacks may help reduce flare-ups triggered by such foods. Cold water fish, seeds, nuts, and omega-3 fatty acids are known for their ability to reduce inflammation.
4. Soak your body
Hot water may be an irritant for your skin. However, a lukewarm bath can soothe the itching and infiltrate scales and plaques.
Moisturize immediately after your bath for double benefits.
5. Reduce stress
Any chronic condition like psoriasis can be a source of stress. This can often turn into a vicious cycle because stress itself can worsen psoriasis symptoms.
In addition to reducing stress whenever possible, consider incorporating stress-reducing practices such as yoga and meditation.
6. Avoid alcohol
Alcohol is a trigger for many people who have psoriasis.
7. Stop smoking
Avoid tobacco it can make your symptoms more severe.
For GERD Do this
1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
2. Don't Overeat 		
3. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal  fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 
4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n  seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice),  a cup of curd/milk etc
5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner.
6.  Maintain active life style		
7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages
8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation
9. Drink lot of water.	
10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time
11. Take half cup of cold milk when u feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u.
12.  If its very severe then Elevate your bed Raising the head of your bed six to eight inches can help gravity keep gastric acid down in your stomach.
13. Take 1tsp of ghee in bfast, lunch n dinner.
This is for long term results But for now to bring your digestive system back on track you need to take medicines.
