Hi
First of all make sure your diabetes and blood pressure are very well maintained. By keeping them normal you'll be preventing further damage to your eyes.
Laser treatment prevents the progression of retinopathy but does not cure it. Sometimes Lazer itself can cause loss of side vision as the new blood vessels are shrunken.
There are some injectable growth factors which may help you. Please talk to your ophthalmologist regarding the same.

Hi lybrate-user
I would suggest you to not go for laser treatment as it damages the skin. In turn you can remove hair by natural agents lie atta or powdered rice with milk is good natural scrub which removes hair too. But you should also take homoeopathoc treatment for hormonal disturbance which is causing excessive facial hair on your face. For consultation contact personally.
Takeare.

Wash your face with any mild natural face wash. Wash your face 3-4 times. Use natural fruit pack. Take 1 pc carrot, 1 pc tomato 1 pc apple grind it mixed with honey n few drops of lemon juice. Use cold cow milk as a cleaner. Don't use medicated cream. Do not use any ointment in pimples. Do not prick those. Along with this if you treat by homoeopathy you surely b improved.
