Since you are on treatment for hypothyroidism, it is necessary to know what is TSH level once in a few months. Ideally it should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, at that level all the symptoms are in check.
It appears you are already taking some protein supplement. Our daily requirement of proteins is about 1 g per kg per day. Vegetarian diet does not give adequate proteins, so supplements are needed. Feeling exhausted by evening can not be linked...more
