Mr. lybrate-user Kumar, Thanks for the query.
Any protein supplement that contains least amount of carbohydrate or nil carb is better. There are quite a few preparations giving 60 to 80% protein, low fat and almost nil carbs, You can select any one of those. Whey protein is a good supplement. Even soy protein is also good. Thanks. Thanks.

You don't need protein supplements if you are a beginner. Only at pro level you need supplements. Your protein requirement can be fulfilled by food itself.

Hello,
If the diet is incorrect, sadly no supplements can work for you.
Eat high calorie meals at regular intervals.
Full cream milk shakes, yogurts, dried fruits, lean chicken, tofu, soyabean, fish, eggs will help you.
Rest is very important.Have 1 scoop of threptin micromax powder in 1 glass warm milk twice a day, that should help you.
1 fistful of having mixed nuts will also prove to be beneficial.
