none of them are not standard one its all artificial. better to avoid these products are adverement stunt. there are two types of natural proteins grade one that is animal protein like meat ,fish,eggs etc second grade protein like dal sabji cereals,fruits etc they are sufficient for the body requirements. then why go for thesevadvertise ment stunts.

- The best protein is from protein rich foods like eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese & butter milk, soya products, tofu, soyabeans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, peanuts, seeds such as sesame, chia, papaya
- include a protein food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals
- as a supplement you can take Proteinex powder.

For weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

You cannot and should not lose weight instantly, as you did not gain instantly. Avg. Healthy weight loss in a month is 3-4 kg. You should give up packed and processed food, Reduce intake of milk, rice & wheat based food and increase intake of Fruits, veggies, nuts and sprouts.

Hello! medication or pills or supplement for weight lose is not at all a good solution for any one. One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity.
