Hi Sujith.. Just check the protein content of Protein X per serving.. it is near 60 % while amway protein has 80% protein content... also soy and milk protein are the best...

So my advise is to go for Amway protein powder... I am not suggesting for business. as it is easily available on amazon.in..

Hello, egg white, carrote, milk. Pls dont go with steroids, it will build up your muscle but will effect your central nerves system indeed your brain functioning will slow down. Take a protein supplement read ingredients before you take, protein % should be more than 50% easily digestible and from natural plant source.
